Once you reserve your date, we’ll schedule a concierge planning consultation. This is where we’ll chat about your vision, wardrobe choices, locations.
Your Personalized Photoshoot
On session day, you’ll arrive relaxed and prepared. Everything will be ready, outfits styled, and the session fully guided so you never wonder what to do in front of the camera. My goal is to make it feel effortless, natural, and fun.
The Reveal & Ordering Appointment
Within two weeks, we’ll meet for your personalized reveal session. You’ll see your images for the very first time in a cinematic presentation. From there, we’ll walk through artwork options — from wall galleries to heirloom albums — so you select the pieces that best tell your story.

Can I print photos on my own?
When you invest in professional photography, you deserve artwork and albums that reflect the quality of that artistry. Printing through our studio ensures your prints are color-calibrated to perfection, preserving the integrity of your images. While downloadable files for small prints (up
to 8x10) are included for personal use, we recommend using our studio for larger prints and wall art to guarantee quality. Additionally, all orders through our studio come with a complimentary
design consultation, so you can confidently choose prints that fit your style and space. Consumer labs often lack the precision to match our edits, which may result in off-color tones or
subpar quality.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make investing in albums, wall art, and upgrades more manageable. Many of our clients take advantage of pre-purchasing upgrades during their design consultation, allowing us to space payments over time.
When will I get to see my photos for the first time?
You’ll see your photos for the first time at your reveal appointment—a fun and exciting way to relive your photoshoot. We’ll present a beautiful slideshow followed by a fully curated album
design for you to review and customize. These appointments are best enjoyed on a large screen in a cozy, distraction-free environment, with your favorite snacks and drinks on hand. During the appointment, our design consultant will guide you through finalizing your album and any upgrades, ensuring everything is sent to print quickly.
Do I get the full gallery of downloadable files for my engagement or portrait session?
Your portrait experience includes planning, the session itself, and
post-processing to prepare your images for your reveal. From there, you’ll choose your must-have images to print or include in an album. Digital backups of the images you select for
your album are included. This way, you’re only investing in the photos you love most—both in
print and digital formats.
What if my album or prints arrive damaged?
We’re committed to delivering your artwork in pristine condition. If your album or prints arrive damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll coordinate with our lab to resolve the issue promptly. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
What happens if I need to reschedule my session or reveal appointment?
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover the time and resources already allocated to your session.
How do I care for my album and prints?
Your album and prints are crafted to last a lifetime. To keep them in pristine condition, avoid exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity. Clean your prints with a soft, dry cloth, and handle your album with clean hands to preserve its quality.
Can I share my digital files on social media?
Absolutely! Any digital files you purchase or receive are optimized for social media sharing. We love seeing our work shared and appreciated. Be sure to credit our studio when posting to help us connect with other couples like you. We also love seeing your unboxing videos or photos of how you display your artwork! Sharing these moments helps other clients envision the “life after the wedding/session” and see the lasting impact of having tangible heirlooms.
Can I just get the entire gallery or only the digital files?
It’s a common mistake to think you’ll use every single photo from your session or that you only want digital copies. In reality, most people end up using or printing just a handful of their absolute favorite images. That’s actually exactly why we include complimentary digital backups for what you select for your album—so you have the best of both worlds: a beautifully crafted book of your most-loved photos plus the convenience of digital files for sharing and safekeeping.
